Motifs

 Hey there friends! In english we are reading "The Glory Field" and are learning about how motifs play a prominent role in understanding the story. Today we will be talking about what motif stand out in my life. Out of the motifs on the list, the one that stands out the most is animals. I have two dogs and two horses. My two horses are especially important to me because I ride horses all the time and spend a lot of time around them. What motifs stand out in your life? Talk to ya next time, friends.

My Time Capsule

Hey there fellow bloggers! Today we will be talking about what I would put in a time capsule. 

1)  family/childhood

• One item that I would put in my time capsule from my family/childhood would be a picture of me and my family when we were in Maui because that is where we go on vacation twice a year.

2) Heritage/culture/roots

• One thing I would put in my time capsule that represents my heritage/culture/roots would be a postcard from Germany because that is where my family originates.

3) Accomplishments/achievements

• For this, I would put one of my ribbons that I won at a horse show.

4) Legacy left behind

• I would leave behind a Starbucks cup and a pair of lulu's because those items really represents me.
